This modern private Lake Village townhouse condo is nestled among towering scented pines in Nevada one mile (1.6 km) from the California border. It is a three-story, fully-equipped private residence. Total floor area is about 1,700 square feet (~170 square meters). There is a LAKEVIEW from each level through the tower pines to the west. It has a 300 gallon, 4-person, top-of-the-line "Hot Spring" HOT TUB on the private outdoor deck on the lowest level. There is a lakeview from the hot tub as well. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper, three roll-a-way beds and a half bath off the living room. A gorgeous gas fireplace, lots of glass, tiled counters and a good view, make this one of Tahoe's most popular condos. Parking is sixty feet from the door with 1 step up to the front entrance.

Lake Village is a private condominium complex ideally located on the Heavenly Ski Resort trail map near Edgewood Golf Course and Tahoe's famous south shore casinos. All Village amenities are free (pool, tennis courts, barbecues, hot tub, clubhouse) for our rental guests.
