227 Clubhouse Circle is a 3-storey condominium with a hot tub on the upper deck and a view to the west.

The photo to the right shows the entertainment center on the middle floor. Note the double-lock pass-through door in the left corner connecting to #228 Clubhouse.

Both #143 Holly Lane and #228 Clubhouse have the same floor plan as #227.






#227 has three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a queen-sized bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area and there are two roll-a-way single beds.





The hot tub is a "Hot Spring Spa" model and it's located on the top deck.





A view of the kitchen, with its long center island, and the dining area on the middle floor. The condo comes with all kitchen appliances (dishwasher is in the island) and a full-size washer and dryer on the first floor.
