This two story, 2,000 square foot, cathedral ceiling condo has an interior decor that is superb with a "Southwest" theme! This vacation home has a 500-gallon, 7-person, top-of-the-line outdoor HOT TUB on the sun deck. The master bedroom on the lower floor has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The largest has a king sized bed and an ensuite washroom, the second and third each have two twins. These latter two bedrooms share a washroom off the hall. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper in the living room and two single hide-a-beds. Skiers will appreciate dual hot water tanks and the ski rack inside the front door. Adjacent condo unit 58 Burke Creek Dr. (includes a pool table) can be rented for larger groups. The connection is around the corner via the exterior sundeck - see the arrow on the floorplan below. Parking is nearby with 7 steps up to the front door.

Lake Village is a private condominium complex ideally located on the Heavenly Ski Resort trail map near Edgewood Golf Course and Tahoe's famous south shore casinos. All Village amenities are free (pool, tennis courts, barbecues, hot tub, clubhouse) for our rental guests.
